No complaints about our drinks here. Usual Starbucks fare. Nice location with some outdoor seating in New Orleans Garden District. Pleasant indoor decor and seating. Bathrooms were unpleasantly dirty.

Good service and pretty fast too. Order early if you want a breakfast sandwich. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the parking. It is a nightmare. Only a small parking area. 9 times out of 10 you will have to drive around a couple blocks to find parking then walk back.

This is one of the best Starbucks I have been too ( and I've been to a lot - Starbucks is everywhere) the employees whom work here are amazing. Fun to listen to talk. They seem to enjoy working here which in turn makes it enjoyable to come here. And on top of it they know how to make the Starbucks coffee right. (Some locations don't).

This chain has, of course, been around for pretty much my whole life (I'm 49.) I have been to many Starbucks in many states; I never usually go to this one here in the Lower Garden District of New Orleans because, like many die-hard New Orleans residents, I believe in shopping "small'-buying from and supporting locally-owned and run businesses. In addition, there is too many extraordinary choices for locally roasted and distributed coffee that is FAR superior. We went here because my son wanted to try a "limited edition" drink they had last week, so, despite my reservations, we went. This location is uncomfortably overcrowded, very loud inside, the drink prices very high, and the baristas were definitely not up to the task-service was excruciatingly slow, and the drinks were poorly made, the number of employees behind the counter should have made for a smooth experience, but everyone just seemed lost and confused. It takes a LOT for me to say this, but the whole experience made me feel unhappy and tense-and coffee is my favorite thing in the world. No, thanks, I'll gladly stay with my excellent local java sources. This place felt like the overrated mass-produced chain it has become.

The environment was nice, cashier was very polite, but my drink wasn't right. :-(
